I would still say it's classed as crime, after all you have "stolen" from the scammer to give back to it's rightful owner, even though it sounds ridiculous.
I am not interested and will never use this site's trading system, though, I might if I want some money on my useless PayPal account I never activated by trading a domain name that I get for free on a site. However, this is actually a very simple question. Both of you would be crime legible. Because, scamming is a crime, and no matter what the situation, scamming somebody no matter what is a crime. If I were you, I would PM the admin or something and have him ban his IP address so that nobody here would get scammed.
It is a crime.. and now a days it has became a big crime. You just can't scam a scammer as he a another person which will result you as a scammer.
1st time turn the cheek, 2nd time turn the other cheek. 3rd time your the fool. My question is why are not reporting it to the mods or admins?
It's enjoyable when you get your own money by force but it still a crime ! Anyway , scammers are bad and when you commit that crime you become already a scammer so ----> bad too In my religion , we shouldn't do that

Thank you very much for your kind opinion & my intention was not to scam anybody though he is a scammer because I know there must be someone who will teach him, though not in this world but may be some another world, may be after his death. My main intention was just to warn that scammer, who is a great spammer & I know since this is going to be a hot topic he will surely involve himself here. mafostedu is a excellent trader he is a new in DP but his idea is a best for other member who already loss money by scammers and may be also my tipe new trader who have no loose now.yes i think scammer is crime with honest traders but suppose i deal with any other trader and dealing time i realise he is a scammer.what i do that time?can i give to him my money to that scammer and say bye-bye .NO NO NO i can,t give his my money .i think sccamer is scam is not a crime.good step mafostedu. i am with you for kickout this type of scamers from DP.
