    Hi

    I just though of something:

Is satellite tv for pc and all those similar software running illegally? In terms of the streams it has in its software.

Are they getting booted from CB, as P2P programs are receiving the boot soon?

    Thanks!

Satellite TV for PC makes huge numbers - I made 20k selling it during the 2006 worldcup.

It's definitely not a P2P product, so it shouldn't be removed.

It's true. People do buy it, and I've gotten few returns. BUT - with Hulu, Fancast, etc., I wonder how long SatTV etc. can last. Admittedly, Hulu has limited offerings, but it's free and its interface is pretty awesome.

Actually satellite tv for pc is based on a free software that has been around for a while, from TVUNetworks.com. Actually if you look at the screen shot of their TV - you can see that it's the TVU player from TVUNetworks. People still buy it. If someone is looking for a show or a game they want to see at the last minute - they'll pay for it if they can't find it.

Oh - and by the way - The TVU player is based on a p2p streaming network. So it may get the axe as well.

It all depends on where the streams come from. If it is from legit, public sources, then it shouldnt be a problem. However if it is pirated... then thats another issue

I think CB should specify what the products/sites are going to be removed from their marketplace instead of generalizing the things.
