    Hi Everyone,

I have seen more and more Pligg sites coming up.

Is running a Pligg Site profitable? Can we earn much from the advertising and PPC on these sites?

    Thanks.

Any site can be profitable. Just think of what will set your site apart from the rest. Who will you target? How will you get traffic? Who will initially provide content?

Digg.com, the site that Pligg is based off of, has low CTR on it's advertisements. However, it's still VERY profitable (assumption).

Digg is earning a good amount of their ads. What is a Pligg site by the way? This is the first I have ever heard of this term.

Cool thanks :) But I don't really have big intentions with this one. I prefer zlitt, cos it's my unique script etc.

Think about it in a focused niche - get away from technology because digg rules

choose another nice that has a wide market and it will sure be profitable

as a tip: don't put ads until you have decent traffic (maybe 15000 uniques/month)

before this, you will get low revenue that makes you upset and more over will be losing some visitors
