If your site is using a robots.txt file, the AdSense crawler may be blocked from crawling your webpages. Therefore, Google Adsense may not be able to serve you the most relevant ads based on the content of your website. But in your robots.txt, you have not blocked the adsense crawler, so there is no direct relation in decrease of your adsense earning and robots.txt.

The one potential reason of decrease in earnings could be the fact that before adding robots.txt file in your website, your whole website would have been indexed and people will be able to explore your whole website through search engines. After applying robots.txt, you have blocked few sections of your websites and Google have stopped showing those sections in its search results so traffic coming to those sections through search engines would be lost in this case and hence the earning through this traffic.

I think Manish is absolutely right.. I did not find any text in your robots.txt file which stop google adsense bot to stop their crawler to crawl your site. so thare is no question of you are asking... probably your site is now appearing in Google with less keyword as you stop google search engine bot..that might be reason...
