    It depends, here it is pretty standard practice. For myself I think it is useless to buy or to sell them, if I put my links in somebody else's signature it could reflect poorly on me, and my own signature makes me more than $10 a month like I would probably get paid.

    It is depend to both buyer and seller, no standard cost. You can have a look on BST - link sales section to see how much those seller are offering. I can say the price is keep dropping now, you can charge $10 if you have 3000+ posts
