    There is no rel attribute as DoFollow, but NoFollow only.

    That's for opening a new window, but since there's not a nofollow tag that link will be Dofollow.

    Well, rel='dofollow' is sign of having good back link !! As it passes all the SEO benefits of that page to the other external link !!

    rel="external" is an attribute of anchor tag which simply used to have link to be open in new window
