Hello Guys, i am interested in buying expiring or expired domains with high PR (valid) but i am a little bit confused that which website i should join for completing that purpose of mine, there are so many sites, one of them is registercompass.com which has cheap membership compared with other sites like freshdrop.net. Anyway just let me know which site is best currently in market for finding domains with actual PR, don't reply by saying it is a waste of time and so on, just come to the point. Also i've seen many domains having fake PR on the mainpage of registercompass.com but there are also few which has valid PR so is it worth going in there? it is just 37$ per month. And oh! i don't want to go to any kinda' auction for buying expiring or expired domains i want those domains to be available for regular prices, it's a BIG NO from me to auctions, so suggest me a website which completes my requirement.
