Is pulsepoint scam ?

    They paid today, but all of the payments are being withheld by PayPal.

    I've already emailed both PulsePoint and PayPal, so now it's just a waiting game until everything is resolved.

    If your payment method is PayPal, you should check your account, as the payment may already be there, but is currently being withheld by them while they *investigate*.

    I actually received an email from them yesterday, but it only said that they were trying to fix the issue with PayPal and will let me know once they have more information...

    when I go to my $$ to check the payment, I saw this message " PayPal payment failed: The payment can not be processed because no payment source is available"
    I am not sure this error cause by my paypal address or from Pulsepoint :(

    I totally agree with you. PulsePoint has always paid, and for the most part, on time. It just seems like they're having trouble getting payments out to publishers this month (August 2013).

    This is definitely an error on PulsePoint's part. Something is wrong with their PayPal account. They actually paid a few publishers, like me, but the payment is being held (can't withdraw the funds) by PayPal due to some issue with them.
