Is Psyplay Theme Legal?

    So, Recently I have been looking for a Movie DB site and came across Psyplay Theme. This theme is the same theme that was used by illegal site 123movies. While exploring this plugin, I came across a few things that make me think that Psyplay theme might be illegal.

    1. The theme allows you to import movies and TV series. (I guess only authorized owner can do that)
    2. They are fetching the entire movies and TV shows from gomostream dot com.

    I find this quite fishy so wanted help from experts so that I don't do any illegal stuff.
