Adsense has never been proxy friendly. It says in it's TOS that you are not allowed to use the ads on sites that show adult, illegal content etc. A majority of proxies do show adult and illegal content and you also do not have control of what people look at. I think Adsense may be alright on the homepage where you have control of the content, but other than that, you do not really have much of a chance.
