Is Proxy Sites A Money maker?

Just want to ask if this kind of sites make really good money? i heard you need to set up a couple of this to get really decent cash? If so whats the best way to monetize it? Cpm, Pop Unders, Affiliates?

Yup. if you know what you're doing. Thing is there's so many of 'em it'll be hard to advertise! Expecially with pop unders

I think Proxy sites are Real Money maker site. You can place your ads in everywhere you want. And of course your proxy site must be fast and powerful.

 

i think proxy users got used to not click so much on adverts or at all, i can observe a decrease of income in the past weeks.
but if you promote them constantly they're a nice source of constant income tough...

 

Depends on your user base. For example I know one non-english web proxy site owner who had 5k uniques per day but he was making pennies with ads and shut down the proxy.

I agree with Hoemoetje. The market is too saturated. However if you can spread it to a specific population (a bunch of colleagues at a company, friends at a high school/college) you may be able to secure a loyal audience.

 

Proxy sites are still in business and can make you a passive income if you know how to market them well.

There are hundreds thousands of users out there (workers/ students etc..) who are "hungry" for fresh proxy sites.
