Is press realese is better than article directories?

should i publish articles to press release or article directories? what will bring me more backlinks and visitors?

there is almost no difference, in both cases you submit articles.

 

No difference forbacklinks. Use press-release if something new is happening, articles if you are the expert and wanna share info. Two ways of doing the same.

I am now using a service to publish 50 articles in articles directories, in 2-3 weeks I have a new product then I use a press release and they go to different article/press diretories/services.

 

Press release is for build brand of our newly build website, it is help for both backlink and build brand. Article submission is for market our products or in case of SEO build relevant link.

I recommend you that if you want to submit article for SEO then do article submission. You can place atleast two link on the resource box.

My personal experience says, yes they are better.

 

If you have a high budget, press release is worth. I can increase your traffic and reputation.

 

I also experienced that Articles Marketing through Directories gain optimum traffic and bunch of several links

 

I think it's better to publisht hem to artivle directories, cause that's mre appropriate than press release. Plus, you article approval will be guaranteed.

 

It does not have to be either or, it can be both. One is not necessarily better than another, both can be useful.

 

I think the two gives the same back link, but the difference lies on the traffic so hit both afterall the purpose of press release is launch of a new product or new happening in your site whereas article directories is more of educating the readers

It depends where it gets published, not what is it. Press releases done properly are worth more than articles published to regular article directories.

 

It depends on what you're trying to achieve.
Article directories are good for publishing... articles.
On the other hand if you have some news than you should submit a PR, but remember that if you want to get a good coverage you have to pay money... one of the best is PRWeb.com but they are quite expensive.

I think it definitely depends on the quality of the directory. The very best article directory may be better than a more average PR directory (and visa versa).

Two major factors to consider when assessing the quality of the directory are:
- PR (this is a huge deal and can affect the power of the links coming back to your site)
- The uniqueness of the content (if they accept duplicate content it may not be as authoritative in Google's eyes)

 

i would use article directory as i could authority link along a bunch of traffic more better than press release.
