Try to find low cost keywords for adwords ads. Make sure they are same topic as your site.

One of the cheapest ppc is golclick.

I have purchased traffic for 1c per click.

The only drawback is you will not receive
as much traffic as you will from Google etc.

PPC is now considered to be quite expensive.
As the large companies with their big budgets
have realised they can make a lot of money
from internet sales - they have pushed the
    price of PPC very high.

One of the cheapest forms of advertising if
you don`t have a large budget is considered
    to be article marketing.

This is submitting articles to article directories
with a link to your website.

Also web 2 social bookmarking sites such
as myspace and can give you some great
    traffic at very low cost.

    Hope this helps

I think he want to be publisher not advertiser
just signup to Google adsense and submit your site and when they approve you pick up the ads code and place them in your site and you earn money when visitors click on the ads

I agree, try starting with Adsense first and if that doesn't work then turn to alternatives.

PPC works for certain industries and niches, but not all. A lot depends on what sort of site you're working with. I'm a big fan of article marketing, too - btw. :)

If you are interested in PPC, consider some Adsense alternatives like www.Fadoo.net. Adsense messes with a lot of people and it may be better to work with something a bit smaller with real people to contact with questions.

I like to use PPC as a way to test a market. It is great if you just want to know if something is converting on a keyword or set of keywords. Once you find a converting keyword you can SEO your site for that phrase.

It would suck to SEO for a phrase only to find out it doesn't convert at all...

    Hope this helps.

I would recommend PPC is you have the right expertise and lots of money. Or you can start with directory submissions and forum posting.

If you have a lot of money up front, I would suggest PPC. Many newbies use PPC then fail miserably due to the fact that they do not know how to create relevant adgroups, landing pages, etc... and they typically advertise on words like "make money", burn $500 bucks, then quit saying adwords "doesn't work". Any experienced marketer knows this is rubbish.

If you have time on your hands, I would suggest using SEO to make your time work as money for you. You could utilize products on clickbank, that will wire transfer you the money if you do over $1000 per pay period. There is also adsense (don't click your own ads) and a bunch of other things you can do! Hope this helps.
