Hi all. I own 2x technology related blogs and write quite a bit on them. One of them is getting a decent ammount of traffic and ranks high in google for some good search terms. Currently though it has no advertising at all on it and I want to use PPC. My friend though who helps out and does most of the SEO etc is against this and says if we wait advertisers will come to us. I know that this is possible but im not sure if in the long run that would pay more then ppc if it even happens. What would you recommend and if I did use ppc which network would be the best option to go with?. Please do not say adsense. The other thing im woried about with ppc is if someone wants to they can get you banned by using multiple pcs or using a vps and proxies etc. thanks, luke
Dameize, If the purpose of hold back is to perserve thea advertising space and at the same time you like to start to monetizing your blog, one option is to use in-text advertising like Infolinks, Kontera which is less intrusive ads (i.e. not taking up your ads spaces) but at the same time allow you the pontentialof immediate income. All the best in your venture. Cheers!
no, of course not. depends on the product that you promote. is u promote a product too cheap then is not worth it, your ROI will drop. you can use other techniques, do some SEO is slow but pays
