I see many many people selling popup popunder traffic saying it is adsense safe?
is it truly safe to purchase traffic that is delivered via popup or popunders?to a site or page that is displaying adsense ads??

also is traffic that is delivered via interstitial ads like adbrite fullpage ads?kosher with adsense tos?
can i display adsense ads on a page that receives traffic via popups,? or popunders?or fullpage ads?

    Please let me know
    any help will be appreciated
    THANKS

Basically traffic from any pop-ups, pop-unders, paid to surf, and auto surf, etc. that loads a page with adsense on it will get the Adsense account banned. Google only likes traffic that is from search engines (not arbitrage) and links.

If the pop-up, etc. does not have adsense on it, you might be ok. The problem is a lot of pop-ups are displayed to people residing in countries where traffic quality is poor.

Never use pop-up windows in your site with Adsense ads. It violates TOS.

AdSense can not be placed in frames or pop-up windows. It is mentioned in the TOS. Do not do that and risk your account which will (most likely) be banned.

From the AdSense TOS, section "Site and Ad Behavior":
So you can not use traffic from pop-ups to pages that contain AdSense code...

Yes, however it is allowed to be used with the normal AdBrite ads as long as they don't have similar look and feel.

I wouldn't risk by doing this. From my common sense and from what I have read in the AdSense TOS (and quoted above), I think it is not allowed. However, better ask AdSense directly, but I think you will get similar response...

PS: I think you should be more polite when asking questions or asking for help, you will get much more response. We are not responsible for your personal problems (if any).
