    generally, nope. I'd wait until the site is indexed and then slowly start putting weight on it.

    I agree, the sites I have SERP's issues with are the ones that I built to fast.

    I agree. I would not do that. If I wanted to get some good spidering on a brand new site..I think I'd probably find everyond I knew who blogged to write something about my site and link to it. Probably the quickest and easiest way to get a ton of inbounds to your site - from a section of content that may even be relevant to your site.

    link-vault does not even accept sites not cached/indexed in google.
