    please follow the link http://www.pexsol.com and find some text in bottom side that is hidden but website is not banned by Google. what technique they have used to hide this text??

    Are you talking about the tiny text at the bottom of the page?

    if you are then it is just that, small text. This is such a 1990 tick and has little impact, don't sweat it.
