IS Placing my ads here in accordance to TOS??

there has been a site called http://createlf.com/ which recently started showing my blog posts on their sites
    like this one: http://www.createlf.com/content/view/358/6/

I noticed that there are adsense codes in the page with my ID, when contacted I was informed that this was to assist we in further monetizing my pr4 open source blog. Does placing ads on such sites get my account banned or is it ok??
    please help!!!!!!!!

Is ok to use the same AdSense account ID on different sites.
The ads on that site seems ok, and not against Google TOS. However I don't like the idea of other sites controlling my ads because in the future they could change the ads against TOS and your account could be banned.
If I were you, I would use the "list of allowed sites" on my Adsense Control Panel filling only my own sites.

And FYI: your blog could be penalized on Search Engines for "duplicated content" if other sites are showing the same content. Depend on which site is considered to be showing the original content.

thak you ajsa52 for help though,
i dont think duplication would be a problem as all the post link back to my own blog ...so it very well qualifies as trackback....
could you please explain this further...

For example, they can put "click on the ads to support this site", which isn't allowed on Google TOS.

Allowed sites are sites or URLs on which AdSense publishers allow or wish to have their Google ads displayed. If a URL displaying your AdSense ad code is not on your Allowed Sites list, ads will still be displayed, but impressions and clicks won't be recorded, advertisers won't be charged, and you won't receive any earnings for that URL.
You can find more about this option here: http://www.jensense.com/archives/2007/09/allowed_sites_n.html
