Is Pinging via Pingler.com or autopinger etc. sites EFFECTIVE ????

Is pinging via Pingler.com or autoblogpinger sites effective ... as they are pinging so many sites with same IP & how we know if their IP's are not banned OR given weightage for pinging

Well in terms of effectiveness, they get the word out that your page is updated or it's brand new, so yes they are effective.

 

but if that confirmation message is from their server and not SE

 

ping a blog when you update a new post then it is effective, else non of use.

 

my main question is about ... dont Google Bann theri IP for submitting hundreds of sites in few mins

 

I actually don't really care about pinging, but everytime my site has a new post I ping it and it seems good

 

Pinging after updating a new content sure is helpful.

 

uh super noob question now, when pinging, do you ping the main blog URL or the URL of the new post?

 

Pinging tells SEs that their an update in your blog. You can use autopinger.com or pingomatic.com; they are both pinging tools.

but its not sure if they re using any proxies for pinging .. as like http://www.BulkPing.com use to do so that SE will not bann ip from submitting

 

Yes its effective. I ping most of my blog and they get indexed faster on SE.

 

BUT its not effective IF same Ip address pings hundreds of domains in same day
