is phantom plate a scam?

    i've been over the phantom plate minimum payout threshold for a couple of months, no sign of any payment yet.

    has anyone out here ever gotten paid by these guys?

    I've been with them for a while and have about $200 in money they owe me. They claim they sent me some money but I never got it.
