    Not bro, in Bangladesh , pakistan, even developing countries paypal not available , we get paypal verified from USA address, you can easily verified through payoneer , its good option to get verified paypal account .....

    Yes, Payoneer Debit Master card is only the alternative good option to verify your paypal account but you can get limited account opportunity/assessment.

    But if you have verified "Payoneer Debit Master card" you can verify your paypal account from Bangladesh and receive payment via paypal to your Master card.

    PayPal not available in Bangladesh. But Basis try to bring PayPal in Bangladesh. I hope ASAP ! you get this facility.
