    Well, it depends on you and the one with whom you are doing business.
    But most of the people use PayPal here while few also use Alertpay, Moneybookers, etc.

    most users will accpet PayPal, if you can use paypal id suggest it.

    yes i am agree for paypal is the best payment processor. almost advertiser and publisher do with that way. so simple to sent and received.
    i had paid thru paypal for a long time and very secure.

    As far as you follow their tos strictly there is no problem at all. But sometimes it behaves badly in case of chargeback its just create problems for seller

    PayPal maybe best, But Moneybookers and Alertpay are great alternatives of PayPal to pay anyone online.

    It depends on which country you are targeting. Assuming a Country like America or UK lot of people have paypal accounts, which would make it the preferable payment means. But for countries like India, China, etc paypal is not so preferred means of payment.
