Is paypal the best option for this

    Hi friends,
    I would like to make a transaction here.So i am planning to create an account in paypal.I am from India and i want to know whether there are anyproblems in creating such account(in withrawing and limits,as i am in india)?

    Yes, if you're looking to do a transaction on DP, paypal is the best option; 99% of the people accept it.

    The problem is that i dont have a bank acc or cc to verify.I just want to recieve payment and buy things online..............Is there any problem if i dont verify my paypal account
