Funds transfer from an Indian PayPal a/c to an another Indian PayPal a/c is not allowed. It has been blocked by the PayPal , due to our RBI new rules.

Yes, if your client is also from INDIA, he can't able to send money to your PayPal account.

    Hello,
I am from India. I am facing many problems with my Paypal and I cant able to do more shopping using my paypal (i.e purchasing links, services etc etc). Paypal stopped deducting funds from my account. They are using my credit card for shopping. Every time i have to dump some money from debit to credit for credit card billing. This process is really irritating for me.

Is there any alternative for this? Like purchasing US verified paypal acc or any other country?
does it works if i use VPN?

You can not send from your Indian paypal acount's balance but you can receive from anyone to your indian paypal account unless your client is also using Indian PayPal account. Perhaps your client tried to send the payment as personal payment or he is also using Indian PayPal account. Indians can not send payment to another Indian via PayPal due to the recent rules made by RBI.

Well, there are many things to consider when you want to do it. Accessing US PayPal from outside is a pain on ass. No matter if you verify the account it might be limited very soon. However, I have alternative solution for Indians. You will be able to access, receive, send, accept personal payment with PayPal account from your regular Indian IP smoothly without any problem. PM me if you need the solution.

Yes that's what I heard. I know quite a few Indian traders who are very angry about the decision.
