if they pull out of india, it would be a huge disappointment and worst nightmare for indian freelancers. It is us who are big losers, not RBI nor paypal. Are they planning to pull out of india?

From what i know, paypal will discontinue personal personal payments to and from india.

donno, what is going to happen in the future. I wish paypal doesnt take such drastic decisions. Without paypal, i am out of business.

I heard & search on google and found Online payment service provider PayPal has put some of its services in India on hold temporarily, and is reversing funds requested through PayPal India.Personal account payments to and from India and transfers between local banks in India are also suspended, due to questions paypal have about their services

It is natural for people to become skeptical due to the prolonged outage of Paypal's Indian operation.... but I guess it is just a temporary glitch and Paypal would surely comply with RBI guidelines, to resume its normal operations... fairly quickly!
We all need to have.... little more patience! :)
