I have been using Paypal for years and just two days ago it stopped emailing me about payments sent, received, etc. I was curious to know if anyone else is having this problem. I have already emailed their customer service and haven't received a response yet. I wanted to ask here first in case they send me some automated mail about me having to configure my email client or something even though I am getting emails from everywhere else with no problem.
Yes they are but once in a while the bugs in the system doesn't process them... I had one three days ago not go through. I was surprised when I logged in and saw the payment there.
I've not had any similar issues and continue to get all of the notification emails ... and the ones warning about my account deactivation
You might need to unset it and the set it back. There has been a lot of maintenance in the past week to prepare for the time change
Yup, I still get notifications and receipts... I feel secure with it. Try sending an email again, if there's no respond try to call them...
Still get it here too. I'd be concerned if they didn't send you receipts. Contact them right away and see what could be the problem.
