    Hello, how are you guys?

I don't have PayPal, or to be specific, it's been limited permanently, and I'd like to buy from eBay.
Is PayPal required to buy from eBay or websites that only accept PayPal?

When I click "Buy now", it shows me a page to enter credit card, billing information, email and password.

What's going to happen if I enter my credit card, billing information, any email and password?
I know that it's unable to send funds or buy if there's no bank account in the PayPal account.

    Please I need answers
    Thanks

PayPal is not required since you can use a credit card using paypal without being members.

    Thanks for replying.
So why are there "Create PayPal Password" and "Confirm Password" input boxes?

You can buy stuff of eBay without having a Paypal account, just send postal orders if your in the UK or umm you could just send a cheque or something. Slighly more risky than Paypal though as they have buyer protection and what not...

You do not even need to be a paypal member to pay someone on ebay via a credit card. Some sellers may also accept other methods of payment.

With your cc# as long as you don't use your "new" paypal account for something that gets delivered to your address you can use any address you want and you won't have any problems, papal have no "legal" way to verify your physical address ;)

Most merchants will offer the ability to pay through PayPal without the need for you to have a PayPal account - that is to say, they are using PayPal as their payment processor, but you can pay using your credit card details.
(Though it may vary from country to country)

I tried, it shows me "Create An Account" and required info to fill out.
I entered my info and email address, it told me:
You cannot use an e-mail address or card number that belongs to an existing PayPal account. If you have a PayPal account, please log in. If you don't, please change the e-mail address or card number and try again

PS. I have a limited account.

You have other payment options like moneybookers or alertpay, but if you want to do business in the internet then paypal is an absolute must.
