Is PayPal not good for Indians? what about Xoom?

Hi friends I am going to start a small business and want to receive money through PayPal. But I don't want to have any issues like "limited account" or "frozen". My account is unverified personal account. Can anyone of you tell me the best, hassle-free option to receive money and also I came across different opinions on Xoom india. Can't I transfer money from my PayPal India account to xoom india. Please help me. Thank You.

 

paypal is a good account to get money you should try it. enter ur credit card info for verification.

 

Yup, once you verify your account the proper way, ie using a bank issued credit card, you will be fine. Then just deal with only verified members then you should reduce the risk of being frozen or limited as most unverified members are out to do evil.

Xoom is nice but it does not support a whole range of countries so you may limit the number of customers you can have and also there is a minimum of $25 per order.

If you are doing a business, you should not use a Personal Paypal account but rather a Premier account. The Personal account is more for Personal usage, ie spending money rather than receiving payment.

 

firstly create a primer account and verify it by cc isued by bank and if you dont have cc then you can take vcc to verify your account , as you told that you want to do business , you must have to use a primer paypal account not personal , because personal account is for personal use not for business , so firstly create a primer paypal account and verify it .

Xoom is used for money transfer and it also not support all the countires through out the world , but you can use xoom to take you payment form paypal and xoom will directly deposit the money to your bank account from your paypal. and xoom also want a verified paypal , so firstly go for a primer account and verify it asap.

When you use VCC, make sure that you do not get your account limited or have Paypal request for further documentations such as your credit card statement since the VCC does not have any statement and it is just use for one-time use to provide you with a mean to circumvent the Paypal verification system. Once that happens, you be royally screwed.

The VCC is an unverified tool, pretty much like a fake ID or a fake passport as it does not come with any verification to proof you are you and your creditworthiness. Those selling it would not bother to verify who you are or which country you live or if you are real or not, you just pay and you get a number to use.

A VCC does not come with a card, it is just a number and an expiry date with the cvv2 number. This would usually be for one-time usage only and not to be used to purchase anything with.

 

i don't suggest vcc and i also don't suggest xoom! once paypal detects a vcc, your account is gone for ever though getting caught is pretty difficult!

yes, you can withdraw with xoom if you have verified using Vcc, i guess you can withdraw money from xoom with an unverified paypal account also, just the $100 as per the limits,

i would rather suggest you to take the xoom check that comes with the coureer, it comes faster than the paypal checks, withdraw a small test ammount and see how it works

I am an Indian and I must say that paypl rocks. If people find issues with paypal it is because they are the ones responsible for their wrong doings.

If you want to start a business then you must get your self verified. Just apply for a credit card at your nearest bank and then you will have no issues about withdrawl limits etc .

But I happened to see a site where the administrator says he has received money after transforming it from his PayPal India account to Xoom India account for the option check delivered to him in three days. Just check it out maybe he is faking. Also another guy

I recieived about 20 cheques from payplal safely , but the one i withdrew recently , havent got it even after 28 days

So i really dont know if i should recomend u 2 use paypal or not 2 use it.

I believe there is no payment processor, as a comple "alternative" to paypal...is like paypal has a monopoly...
