You might be better to resolve your issues with moneybookers and payza - what are you doing that causes problems?
Have you looked to see if PayPal is available in Bangladesh?

If you're looking to attract clients from US, UK or any European countries, PayPal is the most common & popular payment method. Depends on your target audience actually.

Paypal sucks but they are known and trusted by many people.

I have been looking for alternatives but it is hard enough to get people to spend money then telling them they need to sign up for an obscure payment system they never heard of...? put valuable financial info into it..? so they can pay you ? Could be a deal breaker for many sales.

I have been using wepay sometimes but they offer no chargeback protection for digital sellers.

PayPal has been efficient in resolving issues for me, especially those with my sellers.

No, PayPal is a pain for sellers. If the buyer starts a dispute it is very likely it will end in their favor. However, it is the primary processor of many so it will probably be your only option.
