Is paypal is authorized to collect the amount from a attached bank a/c on dispute?

    Is paypal is authorized to collect the amount from a attached bank a/c on a dispute? One of my clients raised a complaint against me on a work related issues and i don have sufficient paypal amount and i would like to know if paypal is authorized to collect the amount from a attached bank a/c or not. Any help will be highly appreciated.

    No, Paypal can only deposit money into your Bank and not withdraw. :)

    ok thanks a lot for your reply.The dispute is over 325$ and i got 200$ in my paypal and paypal freezed that 200$ if i loose the dispute how they recover the amount from me if i don have any other amounts in there as of now my current status is showing -125$ But i got a huge amounts in the banks i attached to the paypal. i told my clients not to send money to that particular paypal id and i gave them another id. Any help on it please ??

    Paypal remind you every now and then to recover that amount. Don't worry about your bank account as paypal not authorized to withdraw money from your indian bank account.
