    I think this is phishing mail, because paypal cant do like this nonsense.

    That's some scammer looking for a donation from you, which they want you to pay through your PayPal account. It's not PayPal's fault.

    its a simple trick. sure its phishing. chk the source. and watch the language used in that mail... silly.!!!
