I am getting "We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please click Retry or try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience. Message 3004" message and can not log in , Is it only happening for me ?

its fine now, and working perfectly and i just made one transaction there and all work out to be fine so just check it now.
It came back for me now , sorry for the panic I feel stressed about codes it will be better if the wrote error 3004 - we are having problems
actually if you look properly in the paypal overview..it says in the bottom that there will be doing some system maitnenance..i just saw it today..
It was showing me that message before but after 5 mins it worked normal for me? Best Regards, Kulwinder.
Login to your account daily and you'll see if there's any scheduled maintainence. 3004 error is during maintainence.
i have read it on there site, it was sheduled to be on maintaince for a few hours! it will be back after some time, keep waiting!
