Is paypal doller rate is different then todays doller rate ?

    I want to withdraw money and from 2 days i see 1 US Dollar = 42.9682 Indian Rupees but in telivison /news i see doller rate is 44 or something but it is more then what it is shown in paypal .. so just want to know that do paypal is charging something ?

    in my experience, its same as yahoo currency converter rates.

    Yeah their conversion rate is low ($1.5- $2) as you compare current rate going on ..
