    Paypal in Romania is new,one year maybe more.I can make payments,receve payments.The only thing that i don't like is that we are not alowed to transfer money from my bank to paypal.I don't now why is this.Sow in my opinion is acceptable,not good.

    i like paypal, it's so easy to cash out; you have your money in 60 hours, the currency exchange is not bad. and everybody uses paypal... :)

    I think Paypal is one of the best, In my oppinion, If you're selling a item, and the person gives money to you, then tries getting ir back, then Paypal, will deal with it, It will then turn into a claim if you're not satisfied.

    AlertPay is better than PayPal. Less complex policies to suit all needs. More widely accepted now and soon overtaking PayPal consumer base.

    Its the best and most commonly used payment mode. Yes, it does offer low exchange rate, but not to deny the fact that your money is secured even if it is $10k or 100k....

    I don't think our money is secured with them.i have stopped using them for their pathetic service & if you are feeling forced to do business wit them,then withdraw the money as soon as it comes to your PP.No one knows when & why they locks or limits the account without any reason. :( Thee are lot of better alternatives available & i don't think you should be forced to use them.

    In my opinion, PayPal is better. Not only because I prefer to use it, but I find it user friendly especially to newbies in trading or buying online.
