The only way to reduce charge backs is to provide an accurate description of services/goods. This is the same no matter what payment processor you end up using.
The negative side to Paypal however is the higher transaction fees when compared to other payment processors. When you consider that most authorize.net resellers average between .5 and 1% and around 10cents USD lower transaction fees, Paypal will cut into your profit margins. Not saying Paypal is a bad idea, just pointing out some of it's negative aspects from a business prospective.
Paypal is not the only payment processor you can found, by widely accepted and used by most ppl over the world I love using paypal as my only payment processor
Google Pay did never came further than USA or? It would be nice to have some other once competing. But yes Pay Pal is the best one.
