Is Paypal Asking EVERYBODY For Proof of Transaction (Invoices, Receipts, etc.)?

what if PayPal asks about personal payments made in Jan? How to explain those to them?

 

same happened with me. i had requested 0.40 USD from my friend. Somehow I gave a false, but convincing explanation in paypal form that we get in account. My account was restored within 5 mins.

PS:- I didn't give any proof of invoice.

if you had transaction marked as good, 90% they would ask you for invoice of purchase and shipping proof. so get ready with a good excuse. many Indian users marked transactions as Goods when paypal stopped services and personal payments to Indian accounts. As far as I guess, paypal is screwing them one by one.

 

0.40 USD are these people mad? they are asking for details about such amount? Awful lot of time on their hands they've got, I must say! would you care to give some ideas as to what explanation you gave. I paid some people using personal payments and also got some as personal in Jan .. can I tell them actually that these were for business/services payments or do I need to frame lies for them.
PS: though I may only have received 1-3 payments as personal, I sent out many. So, I think SENDING personal payments should not be an issue right?

 

actually problem was that i had requested money. and they asked reason for request, relation with sender of money, proof on conversation with sender.

i told them that sender needed a small change in his website. i read his post in some random form. i work as a free lance programmer, so i did the job for him. he was facing difficulty in sending money by Services mode, so i had to request my money. after I got money, i had no conversation with him.

PS:- when my a/c got limited, i had 700+ USD in it and those fools limited it for 0.4 USD

 

okk... maybe they thought that a person with 700usd would not most likely request such a low amouint... Anyways, congratz dude. Hope all our money reaches our banks safely.

paypal sucks, now my account is on limited access and asking proof of work, why paypal asking when buyer have no problem,
it seems to hide their problem they are now making our work hard.

just upload the photo id and invoice...dont waste ur time...they will restore it in no time...i got it restored...they are buying time only...

 

How to make online invoice of our Paypal payments?

 

if i simply take money without sending invoice then what to do, if price was for services, it has gone 3 days and my account is not restored.

hi folks umm.. i upload a lot and sell Rs accounts with the generated points..
i have 2 PP accounts one is linked to only hotfile and the with the other one i sell RS accounts ..
Both accounts are verified
so what i do is when sufficient amount is there in the RS selling one i transfer the amont to my main PP account and withdraw it to my bank..
toady PP raised a few issues
1.. asked about hotfile payments ( i told them all what they are for )
2.. then they asked about the personal payment sent from one account of mine to this one. ( i told them that its was a personal payment which this guy owed me )
3.. then now they are asking me to email or fax them my credentials ( which i am not comfortable with : u can understand its RS and HF we are talking here ) what should i do as they have limited my account now and my hard earned 500$ will be killed

same here, they asked me to explain last 4 transections and give invoices for it.

i just taken screen shot for buyer emails and uploaded it.
just within few hours, my account has been cleared.

i will take it into my mind next time, i will force the buyer to send email to more proves he paid for something and got it. since all my works is about digital items
