Is paypal a good option for non american visitors?

    Paypal is good enough to accept/receive money across the world. Not just the western countries that use paypal but also many other countries in Asia, Europe etc.

    I will say that NETELLER (with their Prepaid Mastercard )is the best alternative , even preferably in some cases !

    Paypal give you 60 days guarantee if you paid any body they are doing fraud then you can claim with in 60 days

    not every country can withdraw money from paypal but as a payment option it is well-known and wide-used all over the world.
