    yah i cant access it too! it happened before. i faced the same freeking downtime 2-3 times within 2 months!

    yes i was checking my balance that i received from GAF but its not working..... now its down for about more than 6 hours.
    i hope payoneer start working again .... i wanna withdraw some cash.
