Well I see an extra $1+ been taken from my affiliate sale.

    I earned 9.06 and they show 8.06

and in another scenario I earned 18.86 and they show 17.36

Any ideas what might have been happening

    Well their support sucks

That's just how their system works. That's how they make money.

If the price of the product sold is $0.01 - $10.00, the fee is $1, which is split between the affiliate AND the advertiser.
If the price of the product sold is $10.01 - $20.00, the fee is $2, which is split between the affiliate AND the advertiser.
If the price of the product sold is $20.01 - over, the fee is $3, which is split between the affiliate AND the advertiser.

So no matter what, if you make a sale, you will be charged the minimum of $.50, or the maximum of $1.50.

    Hope that answered your question.

NO NO what I am talking is over and above their fee structure. I had been getting a commission of 18.86 for a product and since this year that has dropped to 17.36 all other things remaining as is.

Oh, I'm sorry. Go check your advertisers payment plans again! Make sure they haven't dropped their commissions.
