    In short no, assuming you mean a page which talks about other companies you work with and link to them and in return they do the same.

    These are just a covered up way of doing link exchanges as far as search engines are concerned, so be very careful.

    I am not saying don't, as you can have genuine reasons to do this. A few close companies that are related services which are useful to your customers/users. I would also make sure they are no-follow both ends to be on the safe side and make it clear this was not for the benefit of link juice.
