Is Open-Realty Worth a Shot?

    Hi, I need some advice.

I'm going to make a real estate website and was wondering if open-realty is worth a shot?

I'm asking this because I'm kind of in a rush and I just want some helpful opinions.

I have searched for open-realty templates too and there are templates I found which are good enough (I think).

Anyways, if you have any other real estate cms that you could recommend. I would really love to hear them. (preferably some easy to use CMS, which are not too crowded. I find open-realty to be too crowded. IMHO.)

    Advance thanks. :D

I don't have a lot of experience with this, but open-realty was not something my clients in this end wanted to go with. both went with custom platforms.

Why open-realty? Have you seen their demo? Functionality of user end is too low. Admin demo doesn't can't log me in. Think such software can't be used to create a serious realty site. I think would be better to use paid software.
