Is Onpage SEO effective??

I have a website which used to rank in top 10 for targeted keyword.I have experimented with the title and now it's on page 50.I don't know what to do.Pls help.Thanks in advance

 

onpage optimization is of course effective so
you probably have to wait until you see the effect.

Do all On-site seo technique in your website...put relevant keywords in your title. Put all that keywords in the page content, make them bold, use keyword density concept etc...
