    I think it is very safe. I don't think google will cheat from anybodys credit card :D

    Its secure..if that whats you mean.

    You can still get ripped off by an individual but thats true of any payment type. Paypal has some decent protections for getting a refund when buying physical product but its buyer beware for digital product or links

    sell beware too if the user is paying with a credit card.. ive had charge backs done to me after a full month of service... not nice.

    Many of the main players, use encryption software, to ensure safety, probably safer then handing over your credit card in a restaurant.

    It is safe for online payment through Paypal when you buy something on ebay and you get buyer protection for up to $1000. The buyer protection is offered if the seller is qualified to provide it. You can file a claim if you get cheated but most likely you won't see anything.

    Not all online payment is safe. Some sites is trying to cheat and just get your credit card account or paypal account. So if you're not sure about the site then don't fill in your credit card number or paypal account.
