Is one homepage PR4 worth 2 PR3 homepage links?

    if i had the choice of either 2 pr3 or 1 pr4 link i would pick the 2 pr3 links unless the pr4 link was super relevant to my site

    It depends on how many outbound links are on those pages, but I think 1 PR 4 is worth more than 2 PR3s when they have the same number of outbound links and you're interested in PR. However, if you're more interested in SERPs, then I think the 2 PR3 links will be better. But that's just my opinion...
