Sorry, I don't understand what you are saying...
Your question doesn't make any sense or is just plain stupid. Go back and read #1 and see for yourself. Yes, your sites content affects your ranking. That is not up for debate. Google has stated it 1000s of times. Why do you want people to tell you this over and over again?

How much %age of weightage you will give to onsite and offsite factors?
Again, you can't debate this, because the ranking system isn't limited. It is like asking: "What is highest? The sound of a clap of thunder or the eiffel tower?". It makes no sense and you can ask 100s of people to give their opinion, but it doesn't change the fact, that you can't answer this question. It is pure math.

So no, I'm not a parrot. No one has made a comment like this. And please proofread your comments before posting them. It is a guesswork figuring out what you are trying to say.

I think that on page optimization should be given more priority because once it is done in the best way then only through off page works , website can be optimized very easily and quickly . . .

One who can't speak English always misses the point...
You wouldn't disagree with me (nor start name calling) that much if you understood what I have been saying.
    Also, eastmobiles agrees with me.

    P.S. do you mean 'fool'?

    Hi,

I think the on-page factors like title tags and original page contents are both important factors for ranking. You would not get to top of SERP of your targeted keywords only with backlinks. :)

On-page factors are for sure plays an important role. There are many web sites which are not aware of seo and page rank but still there sites has very good page rank and also has a top position in the serp. Take any branded web sites which dose not do any off-page but still they do very well. Doing a perfect on-page will help a lot. If those sites work on off-page to then they could do much better.
