Please post a link to show Obama is fighting the release of the vault copy of his Hawaii birth certificate and Havard transcripts

One down, the rest to come. http://cnnwire.blogs.cnn.com/2008/12/08/court-challenge-to-obama-rejected/ Supreme Court Order (Warning: PDF):
CRAP!. they are just scared. they know that this country will burn to the ground if they take the presidentcy away from Mr. Hussien Obama
Obama refuses to answer the name of the hospital in which he was born. Post a link that identifies the hospital and attending doctor for Obama's birth.
Once again the supreme court becomes a joke. They never did verify if he even has a birth certificate. What a load of crock.
You have failed show that Obama is fighting the release of his BC. Demanding that I post a link to answer a different question does not make you right.
Link? I don't remember that. Although he is, he was born in US territory to US citizens. They didn't even have to be in the US with both of them over the age of 18 and citizens themselves, but they were.
The Supreme Court declined to hear the 'Obama Nationality Case' filed by Leo Donofrio of N.J. However, the 'natural born citizenship case' filed by Philip J. Berg is still outstanding. Also, former Presidential and Senate candidate Alan Keyes has also filed a 'natural born citizenship' lawsuit in California.
To be correct, though they declined to hear the appeal, in their order, they denied Donofrio's petition to stay the election. A bit more than simply allowing the case to lapse. To be rejected, for the reasons already stated by the Supreme Court in previous cases (on the same grounds), and gone over ad nauseum in this thread, numerous times. Really? Wasn't aware of that. Very simple, really: to be rejected, for reasons gone over, many, many times now. I really don't get it, Bogart - from what I can tell, you've drawn a good deal from DebbieSchussel.com (I say this, because she has been the linked source you've used for many of your accusations), and you've been at this for close to two years now - leading the charge in calling Obama a Muslim/traitor, etc. It just seems to me that you've got a lot of personal animosity towards Obama, having nothing to do with his intended policies. Can I ask why?
On November 13, Alan Keyes and his vice-presidential running mate in California, Reverend Wiley Drake, and other members of the American Independent Party, filed a new lawsuit over Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president. Keyes v Bowen, Superior Court, Sacramento, 34-2008-80000096-cu-wm-gds. Read it here. Unlike other lawsuits about the eligibility of either John McCain or Obama to serve as president, this case has a presidential candidate plaintiff. All the other cases have been dismissed because the plaintiffs were said to lack standing. This is the first case with a presidential candidate-plaintiff. Write of mandate is located here http://www.ballot-access.org/2008/WRIT-OF-MANDATE.pdf
Bogart - I know. I would think we all do, since you've posted this case numerous times now. Please allow me to once again repost the Court's relevant rejection of the argument: Keyes's sword will fall, by the language above. You've posted this case many, many times now, and it won't change what the Court has already decided, as I've already shown. I've asked you, for a couple of years now, Bogart - respectfully, why have you tried everything under the sun to portray Obama as a kind of Muslim extremist/traitor, etc. - but really, rarely do you discuss Obama's policies. Why?
Obama could put the 'natural born' issue to rest by releasing his original birth certificate (vault copy), showing the name of the hospital and the name and the signature of the doctor.
wow your from new york and you dislike obama this much!. . don't get my wrong im not his biggest fan but new york is a super liberal state these days!
