The mystery isn't going to be answered a few days before the election and I doubt if it will be answered in the next few months.

If the birth certificate was fraudulently registered and Obama knew about it then it would be grounds for impeachment.

Otherwise I agree with you that its a matter of the Supreme Court to decide.

This is crazy. Obama and his maternal Grandmother have both eluded to the fact that he was born somewhere other than where he currently claims. But the matter is not being investigated.

What you're looking for is the Notice of Appeal.

It might be helpful if you actually read one of the documents you purport to be basing your arguments on.

It appears either Berg (or another nutjob) is trying all kinds of chicanery - please see a Motion to Intervene, by a "Gordon A. Stamper, citizen." Somehow, Berg, or this "Stamper," appears to be trying to construct standing on the basis that this "Intervenor," i.e., an "interested party in the instant (original) suit," has a "material interest" in the suit.

Let me guess - Stamper ran for President, and lost, because Obama lied about his citizenship, so he now has "standing." I haven't done a stitch of research. But I suspect a cursory search will yield a treasure trove of horseshit.

 

Sure, but I guess I question whether you can impeach someone that is not legitimately elected to being with. Wouldn't the lack of qualification be grounds for disqualification of the office by default? Its a difficult one, I give you that.

Ultimately it seems like it would be headed that direction.

There is just too much of a cloud of mystery and uncertainly surrounding the whole thing. One has to wonder why the FBI can conduct background checks into Joe the Plumber, but the guy running for the highest office in the world is not.

Good point. Though I doubt if he loses he'd try again. Anyway, this is the last ditch effort by the democratic party that has been so divided, so disorganized, and so out of touch to get someone elected.

The party finally unified with a common theme. Hate for Bush. While its not a very good premise for which to unite, it united them non-the-less. That's something they've failed at for the last couple administrations.

 

It's probably not being investigated for the same reasons no one is investigating or taking seriously the allegations that the government was behind 9/11. It's a kooky conspiracy theory.

 

Well, there is a difference between the two there. 9/11 questions where answered. And it was investigated.

In all honesty, Bogart, as it has been yourself and Mia who have been the most vociferously calling Obama a Muslim terrorist plant, in effect, a kind of Manchurian candidate who will literally work to overthrow the United States on assuming office - can you understand why these dozens of attempts by some, across any kind of criteria whatsoever (no matter how cockamamie), might look to some as at least wildly desperate, at best?

 

I personally am not even sure Hawaii exists. It could be a NWO hoax just like Belgium is.

 

Even if he was born in Kenya, he would have "derived citizenship" through his mother. But this is all nonsense, he was born in Hawaii.
