Is MySpace even worth the effort anymore?

No i don't consider MySpace is worth in spent time etc on it . I too have also read from the same forum from a thread that Mysppace is dead and many user have commented about that is right the reason is that no traffic from Myspace

 

Wow I haven't been on myspace for 3 - 4 years. Someone said it's still a good page to promote music and artist though.

 

I don't really trust alexa much but even as per alexa the graph is decreasing year by year.. Now when google+ is launched I think it will add more problems to Myspace, Hi5, Bebo and even Orkut.

 

It might come back as Justin Timberlake bought it last month lol

I Suggest MySpace cannot be used for traffic but only as a good social networking site .

 

It's true, mySpace now is now often equated to musicians. And I guess, it's their only edge now. But Facebook on the other hand has been really upgrading and just trying to be the "king" for all social network sites.

 

MySpace only has musicians and bands nowadays

 

That may change though under the new ownership. Maybe they'll try to make MySpace more appealing to a broader section of interests.

 

Well frankly I dont even sign in the account on myspace.... even my browser cookies dont have myspace files ... lol !!!
I think it has been going down since last couple of years.

 

I using myspace to promote dating affiliates and it's works well.

 

well some guys in the industry of a*d*ult are still using myspace as i learned, dont know how it goes in the end.
