Critique my business website please. Is it too overwhelming? Scenario: You want to upgrade to HID headlights for whatever car you currently drive. www.blindinghid.com Thanks in advance!
At first I thought the graphic was too bright, but then I read the site name and got over it I didn't really mind the color scheme, but since inzpiration mentioned it, I wonder if it would look better with a blue or purple color? If that is something you could easily test, It might be a good idea to see.
I'm not feeling the colors either. Orange and black together just screams Halloween. I'm also not a fan of the vehicle search menus. I don't like having to scroll around a tiny frame when it just doesn't seem necessary. Ok so I just checked with IE and the scrolling thing only happens in Firefox. It still takes way too long to load that little window. Since most people would want to search by vehicle, this navigation menu should be available immediately.
not overwhelming very nice, i dont think colors are too bad but yes a bit Halloween maybe try instead of orange the another color of hid lights a very bright blue or something
I don't see anything wrong with it. Top job! the colors work fine by the way no need to change it to blue or purple or whatever.....
I think the site looks good. I hope you do really well with it. Well maybe the lights in the header are a little bright, just kidding.
I think it's got just the right amount of "flare". it's somewhat loud, but this is what your visitors are shopping for, right? I mean, loud, in-your-face, bright lights. nicely done.
the color scheme is kind of rough. also, you should also consider organizing it around your products, like a catalog.
The general layout of your website is good. All website elements are neatly laid out which adds to a positive user experience. The trend is for clean cust, minimalist and neatly laid out websites and your site is OK in these terms. The big dsadvanatge of your website however is the black background with light text. It reduces usability and negates other positive factors about the design. I would strongly suggest the other way round i.e. light background colour and dark text.
