    In my humble opinion your site looks excellent, the design is really good (apart from the flash ad) neat and clean.

    Your problem will almost certainly be the competition, the top sites for your keywords have massive backlinking, in Google uk No.1 = 4k+ No.2 = 23k+ you are probably going to need some high quality backlinks to get past these sites, depending of course on their links, there is no reason you cannot, but you will have to work hard to get good links, crappy ones will almost certainly be a waste of time.

    Look good... I love the way you designed your website it's easy to navigate but you might need to change some words on your buttons especially the buttons with the words "Income Links" with other proper words

    The problem with link building here is that owners of related websites are not cooperative !
    Most of them refuse to exchange links because it is a competitive niche, and no one wants their visitors to leave their websites to others.
